Here's an updated recipe for our clone of the infamous Stone & Wood Pacific Ale.

Only a handful of minor tweaks from our version 1 recipe - we have increased the amount of flaked wheat (and reduced the amount of wheat malt), so there's an even 20% split for each now. Hop schedule was also slightly adjusted by moving the original 15 minute addition to 10 minutes. Dry hop was also slightly increased.

Mash Out: 75c - 10 minutes

2.8 kg - Gladfield American Ale Malt (60%)
0.9 kg - Gladfield Wheat Malt (20%)
0.9 kg - Flaked Wheat (20%)
Hops
10 mins - Galaxy 15g (10 IBU)
5 mins - Galaxy 18g (8 IBU)
Hopstand 15 mins @ 80c - Galaxy 45g (7.9 IBU)
Dry Hop - Galaxy 100g - 2 days

Fermentis SafAle US-05 (1 packet - dry)
Fermentation
20c for 14 days

2.4 CO2-vol
